We are committed to the 100% satisfaction of Our collectors. If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We request You to have a look at our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Refund and Return Policy refers to Subhankar Das Photography accessible through https://subhankardas.com
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Subhankar Das Photography accessible from https://subhankardas.com
- Goods, Artwork, Merchandise or Package refer to the Photography Print Items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Return, Replacement, and Refund Rights
You are entitled to return an artwork or merchandise, or package within 30 days of receiving without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an artwork or merchandise, or package is 30 days from the date on which You receive the artwork or merchandise, or package or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the artwork or merchandise, or package delivered.
You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement beforehand by sending an email to [email protected] and wait for approval from Our end. We cannot accept any return if You fail to give Us any prior information by email regarding the return of artwork, merchandise, or package. Again, We will not accept any return and make no refund if You do not return the artwork or merchandise or package within 30 days of receiving the artwork or merchandise, or package. Once We approve Your request for return, You can return the artwork or merchandise, or package by trackable mail service and again send Us an email regarding Your return mentioning the tracking number of the return shipment in Your email. We will arrange for a refund once We receive Your return.
We take utmost care of the packaging process and use reputed, traceable, and trackable courier companies to deliver artwork or merchandise, or package to Your specified address. If for any reason You find Your package is damaged during shipping and so Your purchased print item or artwork is also damaged, You can send Us an email for a free replacement or refund. In that case, You have to send Us an email within 03 days of receiving the package to [email protected] along with some photographs of the damaged package and also the damaged print items or artworks and wait for approval from Our end. Once We approve Your request for replacement or refund due to the damage during shipping the package to You, You can return the package by trackable mail service and again send Us an email regarding Your return mentioning the tracking number of the return shipment in Your email. We will arrange for replacement or refund once We receive Your return. We will not accept any return and make no replacement or refund if You do not inform Us within 03 days of receiving the artwork or merchandise, or package.
In case of refund, We will reimburse You the amount owed within 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, minus shipping costs, international customs fees or import duties if any.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods, i.e., the artwork or merchandise were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Goods, i.e., the artwork or merchandise are in the original condition and in the original packaging.
*The following Goods cannot be returned :
- The supply of Goods, i.e., the artwork or merchandise made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.** (No Refund/ No Replacement)
- The supply of Goods, i.e., the artwork or merchandise made to You is damaged while You are making a return, i.e., the Goods damaged during return shipment will be sent back to You.** (No Refund/No Replacement)
- No return will be accepted without any prior information within the stipulated period of time mentioned in this policy.** (No Refund/No Replacement)
- No return will be accepted failing the stipulated period of time mentioned in this policy.** (No Refund/No Replacement)
*We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Merchandise or Goods or Package that does not meet the above return conditions at Our sole discretion.
**In that case, no money can be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods, i.e., the artwork or merchandise to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods or Package damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
SUBHANKAR DAS PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for undelivered returns.
